As a trauma and addiction specialist with a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology, I’ve spent my life dedicated to empowering individuals on their healing journeys. My expertise is rooted in both science and the art of holistic healing, blending modern healing interventions with spirituality and time-honored practices.

My certifications include Clinical, Transpersonal, and Interpersonal Hypnotherapy from the prestigious International Institute of Hypnotherapy, and I have credentials in somatic healing and wellness retreat facilitation. These tools allow me to offer an integrative approach tailored to your unique needs.

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—clinical director, senior instructor, trainer, author, feng shui consultant, and managing partner. Each role has enriched my understanding of leading with heart, transforming challenges into opportunities, and guiding others toward meaningful change.
